My Opinion About NaughtyArt:
It seems rather obvious that Naughty Art would be a site containing some creative and artsy content, but what I wasn't quite expecting was just how literally artistic it turned out to be. Unique is definitely in the top list of words you could use to describe this site.
As much as the exclusive content is original, I can't say that the members' area quite reflected this. For some reason, all the age of consent rules are listed in explicit detail in the members' area, which was rather irritating. Furthermore, there's a list of copyright regulations, and this is all before even more information about password sharing and spidering, troubleshooting films and god knows what else, since I was too exhausted to read it all, especially since it was in caps. Let's just say that it's not a very welcoming welcome page.
Navigation is also explained, though not quite as exhaustively. You get an option of five areas to browse: updates, galleries, films, models and art techniques are all exclusive areas. There are other options, though. There's a download area for your mobile phone, an area where you can get prints and posters, and there's a store. There are no bonus sites. Despite the explanations, I think the site could have been much better organized and less confusing to actually browse.
While there's a list of newly-added content, there aren't any actual dates and so I found it difficult to determine just how frequently the site updates, although I'd assume weekly, but you never know. Anyhow, my first stop was the models. They're exceptional, of course, but I expected thumbnail images and perhaps some personal details about them. Only after looking through a few sets did I realize that there were model profiles, but they should be profiled more clearly, in my opinion. Still, I was able to count 34 models and among them were a couple of familiar names like Gia Paloma. However, I'd say most of the chicks are amateur. Each has a set of between 15 and 36 photos. They enlarge in a pop-up and can be downloaded in a couple of different sizes (1200x803 and 2000x1338), but there's no easier way to view them online, and you can't save them as a complete set in a zip file.
A set with a babe named Penny Flame caught my attention. It had this exciting 1960's style European film quality. I could almost see French actress, Bardot suddenly appearing in the set, although it was obviously shot much more recently than that and babes on this site have a bit more edge. What I particularly enjoyed about the photos was that the style changed up a bit. Even though this set and others like it had a dark, erotic film quality, other sets like one with Brea Bennett were brightly illuminated with a fluffier chick-next-door feel to them.
Just as promised, there are 43 movies. They can be downloaded for your iPod or you can save complete 6 to 21-minute 917Kbps 320x240 Windows Media Videos. There are behind-the-scenes flicks, slumber parties, bloopers, and a bit of sensual lesbian erotica. However, it's all bunched together and you just have to watch a movie to figure out whether it's going to make you laugh or turn you on. A flick with models Ava and Natalia was a teasing turn-on. It was filmed well, although the music track overtook any sounds that the chicks may have been making as one gave the other a sweet taste of her pussy.
While NaughtyArt.com has more than an ample amount of films and photos, the main draw of the site is the art of Irvin Bomb. He's a New Yorker who's often commissioned for portraitures and some of these works can be found on his site. He's an artist of other genres, but the main focus here is on his edgy nudes. You can see some of his work at different stages, but there are 27 complete paintings profiled. Oil appears to be his preferred media and he sometimes creates such a realistic vision on his canvass (like in Lady Kayla's painting) that it's truly hard to tell the photo from the art. While a few (very few) works, like "Big Butt", seem almost typical of chessecake, the majority of his art has a dark and erotic sensuality. Anyone into art will appreciate that it's difficult to comment on Bomb's paintings when viewing them from a 2-dimentional surface like my computer screen. I can't see the movement of brush strokes or the different textures, but I was deeply impressed by works like Dee & Obsession2.
Final Verdict:
Despite the shortcomings of this site, particularly the organization, you can't deny that NaughtyArt has some uniquely exciting nude works. The models are typically distinctive. There are bubbly-looking blondes, but many of Bomb's models are either Goth-gals, chicks with tatts, and even some dominatrixes. The admission price is reasonable for the amount and quality and, overall, Naughty Art is a sensual trip for those who appreciate a more inventive and artistic approach to softcore.
